Term And Conditions

1. Scope of Service: Drafting Only 

LetUsDraft.com provides legal drafting services only. We are a backend documentation support platform. We do not provide oral advocacy, courtroom representation, or formal legal counsel.

▪  No Courtroom Responsibility: The client or their designated advocate bears sole, absolute responsibility for the case, arguments, presentation, and outcome before any court, tribunal, or registry.

▪  Independent Review: All drafts provided by us must be independently verified, reviewed, and approved by the practicing advocate handling the matter before filing. We are not responsible for any dismissal, rejection, or adverse order passed by any judicial authority.

2. Accuracy of User Data & Document Integrity

Our drafting depends entirely on the parameters, materials, and records you supply.

▪  Wrong Documents: We bear absolutely zero liability or responsibility for errors, omissions, weak arguments, or case dismissals arising out of wrong, incomplete, forged, altered, or misleading documents or information supplied by you.

▪  Verification: It is the user’s sole duty to ensure that all scanned PDFs, facts, dates, and annexures uploaded to the backend portal are authentic, legally valid, and accurate.

3. Absolute Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our financial exposure is strictly capped.

▪  The Absolute Ceiling: Our maximum, aggregate liability toward any client or lawyer for any claim, loss, negligence, or dispute arising out of a specific task is strictly limited to the exact amount paid by that user via Razorpay for that specific task in regard to which the dispute is raised.

▪  No Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall LetUsDraft.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of court fees, legal costs, statutory fines, or business reputation.

4. Dispute Resolution: Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to our services, billing, or these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

▪  Pre-Condition to Liability: No liability or fault shall be fixed, accepted, or enforced against LetUsDraft.com until it is conclusively determined and established through formal arbitration proceedings.

▪  Arbitration Rules: The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

5. Exclusive Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India.

▪  Exclusive Forum: The courts and tribunals located exclusively at Chandigarh shall have sole and absolute territorial jurisdiction to entertain any legal suits, filings, or interim reliefs arising out of this agreement.

6. Miscellany & Supplementary Terms

▪  Portal Modification: We reserve the right to change our dynamic flat-fee pricing matrix or service structures on the portal at any point without prior individual notice.

▪  Force Majeure: We are not liable for drafting delays or portal downtime caused by unexpected technical failures, internet outages, or Razorpay payment gateway sync loops.

▪  Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by an arbitrator or court, the remaining clauses shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
